18th January
|
The 1st, 2nd and 3rd Enfield entertain Mr Stanley Smith, son of the Founder of the Boys' Brigade at the Enfield assembly rooms. Items like Drill, Band, Gymnastics and Physical Exercises are shown. Also present are Sir James Devonshire, Martin Jenkins, Mr T Plowman Snr, Mr D Plowman and Mr L R Plowman.

|
The 3rd Enfield lose their first Battalion Colours competition since 1905. The 1st Enfield beat the 3rd by 353 to 334 points at the Enfield Drill hall.

|
The Royal Albert Hall Display: The Company gives a display of pyramids.

5th-12th August
|
The Enfield Battalion Camp takes place at Old hall Farm, Felixstowe. Also present are the 1st New Barnet Company, and the camp consists of 230 Boys, 14 Officers and 7 cook staff.

|
Major P W Leggatt HAC presents the new Battalion Colours to the 1st Enfield, holders of the Colours in 1922. They consist of a Union Flag in silk on a royal blue base, and hand embroided in white silk within the BB Anchor are the words "Boys' Brigade Enfield Battalion". Along the lower border, the blue silk in a gold and yellow background show the words "The Plowman Colours". The fringe is yellow silk, and the cord and tassels are blue and yellow. The staff is of black ebony and has 26 silver rings indicating the annual victories in the Battalion Drill competition since 1897. It was a tribute to Mr T R Plowman and his hard work.

14th March
|
At the Enfield Drill hall, the 1st Enfield beat the 3rd Enfield for the Battalion Colours. The result is: 1st - 1st Enfield (168), 2nd - 3rd Enfield (161) The maximum score is 200.

19th April
|
The tragic death of Frank Thomas Pegrum: This Corporal of the Company died from a fractured skull after falling off of a steam wagon.

2nd May
|
The Royal Albert Hall Display: The Company gives a display of wand exercises (36 Boys) at the Display. The squad is trained by Mr R L Plowman. The first Devonshire Cup competition for Bugle Bands is won by the 76th London. The test piece is "Bugler".

4th-14th August
|
The Enfield Battalion Summer Camp is held at the Old hall Farm in Felixstowe. Over 500 Boys and Officers attend; and they enjoy walks, rambles, boating, games, sailing, swimming and camp concerts.

|
The fifth anniversary of the loss of Mr T R Plowman.

|
The 1st Enfield wins the Plowman Colours again at the Territorial hall. The 3rd are second. Result: 1st - 1st Enfield (168), 2nd - 3rd Enfield (152), 3rd - 5th Enfield (91).

30th April
|
The 35th Company Display: At the Display at the British hall, Mrs T J Flynn (sister of Mr T R Plowman), unveils a memorial to her brother. The memorial takes form of a beautiful tablet in which is enclosed the old Battalion Colours, which the 3rd Enfield won 16 years in succession. When Major P W Leggatt presented the New Battalion Colours, the Old Colours were presented to the 3rd and a portion of the staff was made into a walking stick which was presented to Mr T Plowman, the father of the late Captain.

|
The 1st Enfield win the Devonshire Cup by beating the 14th West Kent with the test piece "Freedom", but they lose the Daily Telegraph Shield competition.

|
The Battalion Camp takes place at Felixstowe. Over 240 boys from the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, and 10th Enfield Companies attend. The 3rd win the football competition.

10th December
|
The 3rd Enfield hold a social evening for about 40 parents. Captain Lahee speaks about the present form of the Company.

28th December
|
At a Company social, Mr Charles Chopping is presented with a gold watch as an appreciation of his work for the Company.

The Company wins the Founder's Cup. They also win the Bugle Band competition for the first time.

|
The Battalion Drill competition is held at the Territorial Drill hall. The 1st win the Colours with the 3rd second.

|
Whit Monday Sports: The Company wins the Sports Cup by a 20 point margin.

|
The Royal Albert Hall Display: The 1st Enfield win the Daily Telegraph Shield at the Display, in front of the Prince of Wales and the Crown Prince of Japan.

|
The Battalion Camp is held at Felixstowe. 200 Officers and Boys attend the camp. The camp magazine was called the the Felixstowe Fizzband.

|
An eleven o'clock service, conducted by Mr C Chopping, is held in memory of the late T R Plowman at the CAWG Hut in Parsonage Lane.

|
The Company wins the Gymnastics competition at the British hall.

|
The Battalion Drill competition is held at the Territorial Drill hall. The 1st Enfield win the competition by 7 1/2 points.

The Company receives a letter from an Old Boy of the Company, Mr H W Smith, who lives in Ogema in Saskatchews.

Mr Thomas Plowman, father of Mr T R Plowman, passes away.

The Company retains the Sports Cup at the Whit Monday Sports.

|
The Enfield Battalion Camp is held at Gurnard Bay, Isle of Wight. Captain Lahee, who had to leave early, is given a ceremonial send off on a stage barrow draped in a Union Flag and drawn by the Beefeaters of the 3rd Enfield. The Parade, led by a Brass Band, dump the Captain in the village.
